Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and panels.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status and needs.
- Handle tools and materials with care, ensuring proper inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical manuals.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in construction or handyman work is a plus but not required.
