Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials from company trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and wire pulling under direct supervision.
- Ensure all materials are accounted for and project sites are left tidy.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders or scaffolding.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
