Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and mounting electrical boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as required.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with homeowners and clients.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for raw talent and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physically capable of working in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
