Responsibilities
- Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial and residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate pipe systems, drainage issues, and water heating units.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor apprentice plumbers and technicians on-site.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of project timelines and costs.
- Maintain accurate job records and submit daily reports.
- Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
Qualifications
- Valid California State Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and blueprints.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
