Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, cable pulling, and fixture installation under supervision.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and reporting findings to senior staff.
- Keep all tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience necessary; we offer on-the-job training.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the skilled trades industry.
