Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Prepare materials and tools needed for specific job sites.
- Document work performed accurately on time sheets and reports.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to obtain a Florida Electrical License and journeyman certification.
- Clean criminal background check.
