Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Prepare job sites by organizing materials, pulling wire, mounting panels, and installing fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document completed work and communicate progress to project managers and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical trade school background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for travel to job sites.
- Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices is a strong plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
