Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Read Technical Documents: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform Basic Wiring: Execute simple circuit connections, terminate wires, and ensure proper grounding and safety.
- Equipment Handling: Set up and maintain electrical tools and equipment safely.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally to explain work being performed and answer basic questions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: None required. A willingness to learn is the only requirement.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Character: Dependable, punctual, and possess a strong safety mindset.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
