Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks to project specifications
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Perform demolition work following strict safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of concrete, framing, and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
