Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards and blueprints
- Conduct safety inspections and troubleshooting for residential/commercial sites
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Document work orders and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing training for new technologies and safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics and hand/power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Willingness to obtain AZ Journeyman Electrician license within 2 years
- Team player with excellent communication skills
