Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and providing cost estimates.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools to ensure efficient job execution.
- Lead junior staff and apprentices when necessary, providing mentorship and training.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, tools, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current background check and drug screen clearance.
