Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Manage inventory and maintain organized tool/equipment systems
- Document project progress and maintain detailed service reports
- Participate in ongoing safety training and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain required state electrical licenses within 6 months
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
