Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, power tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and installations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans to ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for lateness
