Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures
- Inspect electrical components for safety compliance and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Use hand/power tools (wire strippers, conduit benders, multimeters) to perform installations
- Collaborate with contractors and team members on project timelines and safety protocols
- Document work performed and maintain accurate inventory of materials
- Adhere to OSHA standards and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, lifting materials (up to 50 lbs), and working in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) and occasional weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
