Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC standards)
- Install, test, and troubleshoot wiring, lighting systems, and control equipment
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain accurate job records
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we train!
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work nights and weekends (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
