Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Assist with residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Document work orders and maintain project logs
- Collaborate with journeymen electricians to learn best practices
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
