Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and local electrical codes
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide complete training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
