Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment under supervision
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Inspect electrical components to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with senior electricians to troubleshoot issues and complete projects on schedule
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records for client reports
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand, climb, and work in various environments (including heights)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Willingness to earn industry certifications (company-sponsored)
