Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure safety and functionality.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical schematics under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and local electrical codes.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with clients to update them on job progress and status.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are the only requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
