Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform safety checks and comply with OSHA standards
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Document work progress and complete reports
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math knowledge for calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
