Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Learn and adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical components
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete documentation and reporting for assigned tasks
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain electrician certification within 6 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
