Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC compliance)
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Prepare work areas and organize tools/equipment efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
