Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to determine wiring layouts
- Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under supervision
- Use hand/power tools and testing equipment safely
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Cleveland
