Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn and apply electrical codes and safety protocols
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment assembly
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Document work progress and complete job reports
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrical license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
