Responsibilities
- Execute precise carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with certification
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and job-site regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and debris management
- Maintain equipment and tool inventory with proper maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verified construction labor experience in commercial/residential settings
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid NYC Construction Worker Safety Training card
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work
- Valid driver's license with clean record
