Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and equipment following safety protocols
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA standards
- Document work activities and complete required paperwork accurately
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- No prior electrical experience required - we train!
