Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install electrical components per blueprints
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Learn electrical codes, troubleshooting techniques, and system diagnostics
- Participate in hands-on training sessions and skill development workshops
- Complete apprenticeship modules and progress toward certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (heights, tight spaces)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
