Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install wiring, conduits, switches, and outlets under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Document work progress and maintain project logs
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician license within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Commitment to safety excellence
