Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and pipe replacements
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Provide clear communication and transparent pricing to customers
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (journeyman license required)
- Valid Indiana plumbing license and certifications
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with trenchless technology and green plumbing solutions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
