Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Install wiring, conduits, switches, and circuit breakers under supervision
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA/NFPA standards
- Diagnose basic electrical issues using testing equipment
- Operate hand/power tools and maintain organized workspaces
- Participate in emergency call-out services for critical repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Commitment to safety protocols and continuous learning
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends for emergency projects
