Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC, OSHA)
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Document work activities and maintain project logs
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers
Qualifications
- No formal electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic understanding of hand/power tools
- Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania electrical certifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
