Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material staging and cleanup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific procedures
- Maintain organized tool inventories and project documentation
- Participate in daily briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and building processes
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
