Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial wiring installations and repairs
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for all electrical work
- Install conduits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA standards
- Document work progress and inventory usage
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
