As a growing electrical company in the heart of Arizona, we provide on-the-job training to help you become a journeyman electrician. You will work alongside experienced mentors, gaining hands-on skills in residential and commercial electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and multimeters.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with local Arizona electrical codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required; full training is provided.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Phoenix.
