Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- No electrical experience necessary – we train!
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to travel between job sites in CA/NC
