Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Install and maintain scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for precise project execution
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbing teams
- Perform equipment maintenance and daily safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Class B CDL license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong teamwork communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pre-employment drug screening required
