Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and safety protocols
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems under supervision
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work progress and maintain organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior electrical experience required - training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
