Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems and components
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute projects accurately
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes (NEC) and safety standards
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and repairs
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate between PA/NC project sites
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
