Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and NEC safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic testing and repairs under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing technical training programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
