Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean, organized work sites
- Operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Adhere to all electrical codes and safety regulations (NEC, OSHA)
- Support troubleshooting and diagnostic activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
