Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention services
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage job site safety and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Provide detailed estimates and communicate project timelines to clients
- Mentor junior plumbers and assist in training new team members
Qualifications
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Advanced knowledge of DC plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and hydro-jetting equipment
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
