Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagramsInstall and maintain wiring, lighting systems, and electrical componentsFollow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standardsPerform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting proceduresDocument work orders and maintain clean job sitesParticipate in ongoing skills training and certification courses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
- No experience necessary – full training provided
