Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn and operate plumbing tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain cleaning
- Follow job site safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
- Document work progress and assist with inventory management
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
