Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Install and maintain wiring, fixtures, control devices, and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools
- Document work performed and maintain organized job site records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Pass background check and drug screening
