Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC, California Title 24)
- Document work orders and maintain equipment inventories
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman Electrician certification within 3 years
