Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Perform safety checks and equipment maintenance under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical documentation
- Prepare job sites and organize tools/materials
- Follow OSHA and NFPA electrical safety standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Florida
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
