Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications for residential/commercial projects
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Learn and apply proper electrical codes and compliance standards
- Operate hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout SF Bay Area
