Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and safety protocols
- Install and maintain structural components following blueprints and engineering specs
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain a hazard-free work zone
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Blueprint reading and basic math skills
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
