Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties under supervision
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for project specifications
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work progress and maintain organized project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain Arizona electrical license within 12 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
