Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage tools and materials efficiently on job sites
- Participate in ongoing technical training programs
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
- Support emergency electrical service calls as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain California electrician certification within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools preferred
- Punctual and reliable work ethic essential
